My house was built in 1928 and was not properly maintained by the previous owners so when I saw an ad for duct cleaning I thought I should have someone come out and take a look. Troy responded to my request for a quote right away and had me scheduled shortly thereafter. Mike and Don arrived right on time and ready to work. Not only were they knowledgeable and treated my home with care and respect but they were also not judgmental at the horrific state my ducts were in. I was astonished and mortified at just how filthy they were yet Don and Mike maintained a professional attitude mixed with just enough good-natured humor to somehow get me through the process. They worked so hard in the time they were here and I could immediately tell the difference. My house has never smelled so fresh and clean and I can't wait to see how much my allergies improve. The service was also not nearly as expensive as I had imagined and after seeing what the guys cleaned out of there I definitely got the better end of the deal! This will now be a regular part of my spring cleaning routine, I just wish I hadn't waited so long to have it done. Thank you Mike and Don, you guys are the best!

Wonderful! The two guys came to the house right on time Monday morning and set to work right away in cleaning the ducts and furnace plus free dryer cleaning! It only took them a little over one hour. Now it's all are dust and filth free, plus sanitized. When the heating was on again I could tell the difference as the sheer curtains were moving like crazy with all the heat coming out. I must have had a lot of dust and stuff building up down there over time! The guys wore shoe covers inside the house, which I really appreciated as it was wet outside and I have carpet. They were very personable and knowledgeable too. A great job by a great crew at affordable rates. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning.

I live in a house with 3 college roommates - with all of us being in our early 20s, I figured there was lots of house maintenance that we didn’t know about that needed to be done. I got a promotional flyer in the mail about dryer vent cleaning and asked the landlord if it would be ok to schedule a time to get the dryer vents cleaned. Not only was the service fast and professional. But Trina helped me a ton over the phone since I have little experience in what a dryer vent even is. The team did an amazing job! They showed up on time and listened thoroughly to what I needed as we did a walk through. They described what they were going to do and how long it was going to take. They also showed me pictures of my intake duct before it was cleaned and showed me after pics too. Amazing! I also needed a rodent pee smell out of one of my inflow vents that had been previously cleaned. They put in a sanitizing product in the vent and throughout the entire system. Within 24 hrs the smell was gone! One thing I also like about this company is they picked up the phone when I initially called to make an apt. I called two other companies who didn’t pick up and one never even called me back.

I just used Dr. Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning to clean some seriously gross hvac ducts at a property I'm renovating. These ducts have probably never ever been cleaned, but they were no match for Dr. Carpet's truck mount vac system. Trina was super helpful and knowledgeable when I called to get information and schedule my appointment. Dean was the tech who arrived to do the cleaning and he was on-time, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me some tips on improvements I could make to the ducts to make them easier to clean and care for.
