I just want to say that we had great service from your company. Yesterday I had my dryer serviced and it ended up that a fuse had blown. The service man told me that we should have our dryer vent cleaned as soon a possible. I called and talked to Trina. She was so very nice and helpful in getting an appointment set up for me. She said they had had a cancellation for the next day. I had a lunch date, so was going to be busy between 11:30 and 2:00. She said she was sure they could work around that and that someone would be calling me at 7:30 am the next day to tell me if they could. Sure enough, I got a call. Mike and Nick came out and got my dryer vent cleaned out as well as all the heat vents in the house. They were so nice and did such a great job. They put everything back the way it was and were so careful to make sure they didn't damage anything. I was so impressed with them and their work. They are really, really nice young men.
